Return Policy

1. You may cancel your account at any time by emailing hello@gainshoppy.com
    

2. Once your account is canceled all of your Content will be immediately deleted from the Service. Since deletion of all data is final please be sure that you do in fact want to cancel your account before doing so.
    

3. Upon expiration or effective termination of the Service by either party for any reason,

1. Gain Shoppy will cease providing the Service,

2. You will not be entitled to any refunds of any usage fees or any other fees, pro-rata or otherwise unless Gain Shoppy. Terminates such Service without cause,

3. Any outstanding balance for your usage of the Service through the effective date of such termination or expiration will be immediately due and payable in full.
    

4. We reserve the right to modify or terminate Gain Shoppy. Service for any reason, without notice at any time.
    

5. Fraud: Without limiting any other remedies, Gain Shoppy suspends or terminates your account if we suspect that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance, escrow investigation, or otherwise) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the Site.

 6. Refund policy: Refund will be initiated within 7 to 10 working days

7.Return Policy: It is advisable for Customers to  make video document of unwrapping of the product in case of any damage. Return should be initiated immediately within 2 days.
